Competes with PABA to inhibit synthesis of dihydrofolic acid (DHF) by a competitive distribution process and hence interferes with purine formation.     COMPOSITION
     Each ml contains:
    Sulphamethoxypyridazine B.P. Vet 250 mg.
    DESCRIPTION:
    Aldazin injection is a pale yellow coloured sterile solution.

    INDICATIONS
     Cattle, sheep, & goat: Against bacterial infections especially in broncho-pneumonia, mastitis, metritis, enteritis, puerperal infestions, colisepticaemia, enterotoxaemia, naval-ill/joint-ill, urinary tract infections and to control the secondary bacterial infections in viral diseases.

    ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE
    To be given by IM, SC or slow IV routes.
    Cattle , sheep & Goat : 1 ml /10 kg Body Weight.

    WITHDRWAL PERIOD
    Slaughter : 21 days
